Future Simple Tense
Future Simple Tense หมายถึง ประโยคที่แสดงเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคน โดยมี will, shall มาช่วยกริยาแท้ มีแบบการใช้ดังนี้
1. Will / Shall
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือการกระทำที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตโดยไม่ได้วางแผนไว้ล่วงหน้า รูปประโยคที่ใช้คือ
รูปแบบ ประธาน + will / shall + กริยาช่องที่ 1 (V.1)
Will ใช้ได้กับประธานทุกตัว
Shall ใช้กับ I และ We เท่านั้น
เช่น I shall study English tonight.
She will buy new shoes next week.
ประโยคปฏิเสธ She will not buy new shoes next week.
ประโยคคำถาม Will she buy new shoes next week?
2. To be going to + V.1
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือการกระทำที่ผู้พูดแน่ใจว่าจะเกิดขึ้นโดยความตั้งใจหรือเตรียมการไว้แล้ว และมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้นแน่นอน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่จะทำในอนาคต ซึ่งแปลว่า “กำลังจะ” รูปประโยคที่ใช้คือ
รูปแบบ ประธาน + to be going to + กริยาช่องที่ 1 (V.1)
I am going to do my homework tonight.
She is going to test English tomorrow.
He is going to write a letter soon.
ประโยคปฏิเสธ I’m not going to have breakfast this morning.
ประโยคคำถาม Is he going to write a letter soon?
3. Present continuous/progressive
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือการกระทำที่ผู้พูดแน่ใจว่าจะเกิดขึ้นโดยความตั้งใจหรือเตรียมการไว้แล้ว และมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้นแน่นอน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่จะทำในอนาคต ซึ่งแปลว่า
รูปแบบ ประธาน + to be + V.ing
I am playing tennis with Julia tomorrow.
She’s going out tonight.
I’m going to the library at 4 o’clock.
ประโยคปฏิเสธ ’m not playing tennis with Sam tomorrow.
ประโยคคำถาม Are you going out tonight?
การตอบคำถาม ด้วย “Yes” หรือ “No”
เช่น Is Jane going to buy a new blouse?
Yes, she is going to buy a new blouse. (Yes, she is.)
No, she is not going to buy a new blouse. (No, she isn’t).
